2. General principles
I process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and to fulfill my legal obligations. This website is a purely informational website with no tracking, no cookies, no contact form, and no newsletter. No external fonts, analytics tools, or embedded third-party content are loaded; the fonts and scripts used are hosted on my own server. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

A data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. The server location is in Germany.
4. Server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that the browser of your device transmits, in so-called server log files. These are:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- page accessed (URL)
- amount of data transferred
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
This data is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure its stability and security. The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is not merged with other data sources. The server log files are generally stored by the hosting provider for seven days and then deleted automatically.
5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or comparable storage technologies.
6. Appointment booking via Calendly
To book an intro call, I use the service Calendly. When you click the booking link, you leave my website and access an external service; Calendly’s privacy terms apply there.

The processing is carried out to schedule appointments and to initiate a potential collaboration. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication and appointment scheduling).
A data processing agreement within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR is in place; according to Calendly, it is an integral part of the Customer Terms and takes effect upon their acceptance (https://calendly.com/dpa).
For data transfers to the USA, Calendly states that it uses appropriate data protection mechanisms such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Calendly itself maintains the list of sub-processors and international transfers on an ongoing basis; you can find a current overview at https://calendly.com/help/calendly-sub-processors-gdpr-ccpa.

7. Contact by email and phone
If you contact me by email (info@luxalabs.ai) or phone (09134-8268960), I process the information you provide in order to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other communication. I delete inquiries that do not lead to a contract no later than six months after the last contact, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time:

- to request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- to request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
