Who coaching is for
Business coaching is the right format when:
- You’re a leader facing a decision or working through a clarification phase and need a confidential space for reflection: not a ready-made recipe, but someone who asks the right questions.
- Your department or team is going through a change (agile adoption, AI integration, sorting out multiple projects) and, as the person responsible, you want clarity about your role and your next steps.
- You’re preparing decisions where methods, organization, and AI strategy come together, and you want a sparring partner who knows this practice firsthand.
I work as a business coach to ICF and MBCI standards: in partnership, solution-focused, and confidential. You remain the expert on your situation; I accompany the thinking process.
Coach — consultant or trainer on request
Pure coaching means: I ask questions, you find your answers. Often that’s enough. If at some point you want my professional assessment or concrete methods knowledge, I switch roles, name that switch transparently, and afterwards return to coaching with you. You decide if and when.
- As a coach (the default): reflection in partnership, following ICF and MBCI standards. Confidential, solution-focused, open-ended.
- As a consultant: experience from 18 years of R&D leadership and ongoing industry projects.
- As a trainer: methods knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, Portfolio-Kanban, AI workflows), taught directly.
Packages
10-Hour Coaching Package
Ten sessions, one clear topic.
Pure coaching, without consulting or training elements. Suited to a well-defined strategy or leadership block: preparing a reorganization, clarifying a role during a restructuring, or a phase full of hard decisions.
What you'll have afterwards:
- Clarity on the question that's challenging you right now.
- An ordered view of the decisions ahead.
- Reflection on role, impact, and team.
Leadership and Role Coaching
For you as a leader, beyond methods.
1:1 coaching for leaders and emerging talent, away from concrete methods questions. For stepping into a new leadership role, taking stock of where you stand, or a phase where your aspirations and your impact drift apart. Pure coaching following ICF and MBCI standards.
What you'll have afterwards:
- Clarity about your role and your next step.
- A realistic picture of your strengths and motivation.
- More confidence in situations that have challenged you so far.
Integrated Development Support
Coaching, consulting, and training in one engagement, combined modularly.
For tasks that need more than pure coaching. The three roles are combined as needed: coaching for clarity, consulting for the methodical approach, training for the tools. I announce which role is in play at any given moment.
Typical focus areas:
- Strategy process: Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design, hypothesis and market validation.
- AI transition in R&D: AI workflows, Kanban to steer the work, integration into existing processes, AI Act.
- Agile transformation: Scrum, Kanban, and Portfolio-Kanban in your organization.
